Created by Someone Who Understands

I'm Dr Krishnan Pasupathi — a GP with 29 years in medicine. But I'm also a patient.

I live with multiple long-term conditions and I'm in the clinically vulnerable category. I know what it's like to sit in a waiting room, anxious about results. To hear words you don't quite understand. To leave an appointment and realise you forgot to ask the one question that was really on your mind.

That's why I built these tools — to help you feel more confident and prepared.

If You're Living with a Long-Term Condition

I want you to know something important.

A full, meaningful life is possible. Not "despite" your condition — alongside it.

I have flare-ups. Some days are harder than others. And I still work full-time as a GP, build tools, spend time with my family, and live a life I'm grateful for.

It takes knowledge, support, and a bit of self-compassion. But it's absolutely achievable.

You're not defined by your diagnosis. And you're not alone in this.

— Dr Krishnan
